Custom Training Schedules:
Each training schedule is developed to maximize your training time. Your workout will have a goal or purpose and depends completely on your time, energy, recovery and training phase.
The “elite plan” includes 2-3 emails per month, a face to face meeting or training session review via telephone. This is for the highly competitive athlete, seeking performance or the athlete who is making the “ultimate comeback”.

Your sports training will be assessed to make it sport specific and therefore effective!
